On Her Birthday, Kristen Stewart Looks Forward To "Equals"

Actress Kristen Stewart has just turned 24 and she has a resume that blows most 40-year-olds away. "Snow White and the Huntsmen" along with "Twilight" movies have been major succeses for Stewart. She is set for several other movies including a sequel to "Snow White and the Huntsmen." Another flick that we can expect to see Stewart in is called "Equals," it's a sci-fi movie with no known plot or release date yet.

"Captain America's" Emily VanCamp Is Set For A New Flick

The new flick "Captain America: The WInter Soldier" is currently dominating the box office. One of its stars is benefitting from that success. Her name is Emily VanCamp and she is a Canadian 20-something with potential to be a major star. VanCamp is set for a new role that won't be the major success of "Captain America" but will be a nice film to have on her resume.

It's the story of a young writer's transformation when her past invades her present called "The Gorl in the Book." This will be a drama with David Call. Look for it in theaters later this year.

Rachel Melvin Set For Release Of "Zombeavers"

Yes, it is a truly silly flick and it will be in theaters soon and it's called "Zombeavers." This film is said to be an action comedy about a group of college kids who get a cabin near a swamp filled with dangerous "Zombeavers." It will not receive an Academy Award nomination. However, it will give more big screen exposure to actress Rachel Melvin. That's the good part!

More On Our New "Sarah Connor" Emilia Clarke

British actress Emilia Clarke is now set to play a legendary role in a forthcoming release from the famed "Terminator" franchise. She will be "Sarah Connor." Of course, the film will star an aging Arnold Schwarzenegger. it will also feature a rising star by the name of Jai Courtney. Look for "Terminator: Genesis" to hit theaters in 2015.

Clarke is a relative newcomer and has not had too many roles. In 2012, she made her big screen debut in "Spike Island." She has also joined Jude Law for "Dom Hemingway."

David Letterman's Film Career

The news that David Letterman is retiring from his gig as the host of "The Late Show with David Letterman" in 2015 reminds us of the fact that he had a little bit of a film career. Yes, he was usually just playing himself. He appeared in 1996's "Eddie," "1997's "Private Parts" with Howard Stern and 1999's "Man on the Moon" about the life of Andy Kaufman.

Did you know that the real "Wolf of Wall Street" was actually a film producer on the side? Jordan Belfort, the guy portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio in 2013's "The Wolf of Wall Street," was behind some 1990s films. He also had a brief role in the film "Wolf of Wll Street" as the guy in New Zealand who introduced DiCaprio's character.

Gal Gadot Also Set For New Superman-Batman Flick

Actress Gal Gadot will be the famed character of "Wonder Woman" as a part of the forthcoming Superman and Batman film. Of course, we've heard a lot about how Ben Affleck will play "Batman" and how Jesse Eisenberg will be "Lex Luthor." We know that it will feature Henry Cavill and Amy Adams as well.
