Over at Digital Spy, the guys are reporting that George Clooney and Vince Vaughn are both competing for the role of "Magnum PI" in a big screen remake of the hit TV series.

Apparently Vince Vaughn has a few connections with the movies screenwriter, and George Clooney´s name has cropped up many times in past rumours, despite him saying he wasn´t interested in the role.

We´re not the biggest fans of George around here, but we think he can do a better job of this than Vince. I mean doesn´t anyone remember Vince in that other TV show remake "Starsky and Hutch", which was less than astounding?
