According to Empire Online, Jason Bateman has joined the cast of "Mr Magorium´s Wonder Emporium".
The film is also set to co star Dustin Hoffman and Natalie Portman. It concerns a toy store owner who leaves his depressed store manager the rights to the shop in his will. Bateman will play an accountant hired to figure out how much the shop is worth.
Supposedly the film will be a fantasy, although I can´t tell exactly what fantasy elements there will be. I´m guessing there will probably be more to the shop than what meets the eye.
