Aishwarya Rai is in talks to star in a film with Britney Spears and Paris Hilton about waitresses. The flick is called "New York Nightclub." Aishwarya stars as an Indian girl who comes to America and to make ends meet starts working at a nightclub where Britney and Paris are waitresses. They become friends but run into trouble with some criminal elements.
