Ken Watanabe and Shu Qi are joining Wesley Snipes in the upcoming action-adventure Chasing the Dragon, reports Production Weekly. Chris Nahon will direct from a script written by W. Peter Iliff.
Snipes plays FBI Agent Bo Monroe, who teams up with Song, a poverty-stricken Asian girl played by Qi. Together they travel from China Town to Taiwan on a relentless pursuit of a ruthless Asian drug lord, Jimmy Jiro (Watanabe).
Production will begin next month on location in Taiwan and Toronto.
