Kate Hudson is joining Owen Wilson in the Universal Pictures comedy "You, Me and Dupree". Joe and Anthony Russo will direct from a script by Mike LeSieur.
Owen Wilson stars as best man Randy Dupree who stays on as a houseguest with newlyweds Carl and Molly Petersen, ultimately wearing out his welcome.
The studio is eyeing a start date later this year, possibly as early as August.
Wilson can next be seen in "Wedding Crashers" this Friday and Hudson in supernatural thriller "The Skeleton Key" on August 12.
