Clive Owen and Julianne Moore are set to star in the sci fi adventure "The Children of Men" for Universal Pictures. Alfonso Cuarón will direct the feature, which is set in the near-future where mankind has lost the ability to procreate. Chaos rocks the world when it is uncovered that the youngest person has died.
A former radical (Owen) is engaged to be the protector of the most sought after person on the planet, the last remaining pregnant female.
Coming Soon report that the project could be given a September 29th 2006 release date.
